Job summary
Greet guests and assist with check-in/outHandle guest inquiries and concernsProvide accurate information about hotel facilities

Responsibilities
• Serve as a liaison between guests and other departments• Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently• Coordinate with housekeeping for guest room preparation• Address and resolve guest issues and complaints• Handle guest payments and maintain accurate records• Work collaboratively with other departments• Attend staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in hospitality• Fluency in Mandarin or Korean (written and spoken)• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Attention to detail and ability to multitask• Familiarity with hotel management systems• High School Diploma or equivalent• Additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus
