Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control.
- Create and execute innovative and authentic Italian dishes that meet our high standards.
- Manage and inspire a team of culinary professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with management on menu development, cost control, and inventory management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in an Italian cuisine-focused restaurant.
- Extensive knowledge of Italian culinary traditions, ingredients, and techniques.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor kitchen staff.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Creativity and passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience will be advantage.
