Job description :
- Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that are in line with business goals, including setting sales targets, market research, and creating business strategies to achieve expected targets
- Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Responsible for training, managing the team, providing training, guidance, and motivating the team to achieve sales targets
- Responsible for always being up-to-date regarding the latest trends and technology/platforms to support sales
- Responsible for monitoring business team performance, revenue generation, and customer retention, taking necessary corrective actions to meet and exceed targets
Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years experience as Head of Business (preferably experience in Fashion, F&B, Cosmetics, or skincare business)
- Have strong leadership and team management skills
- Have excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and target-oriented skills
- Possess data-driven decision-making skills and proficiency in using analytics to inform sales
- Have strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
