We are looking for Head of Business Developmentwho is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients, retain existing clients, and drive revenue growth. This role involves building and managing a high-performing sales team, nurturing client relationships, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging opportunities in digital advertising.

Job Descriptions:
- Developing and implement a sales strategy aligned with the agency's business objectives, including setting sales targets, identifying key markets, and creating a roadmap for achieving revenue goals
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by prospecting and building a robust pipeline of potential clients
- Fostering and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their objectives are aligned with the agency's services
- Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and motivation to achieve sales targets
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to develop strategies that keep the agency at the forefront of the digital advertising landscape
- Continuously monitoring sales performance, revenue generation, and client retention, taking corrective actions as necessary to meet and exceed targets
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English and Bahasa (oral and written)
- 5-7 years of experience handling Sales or BD team
- Experienced in managing a small, effective team of 5-15 people
- Digital agency (performance or programmatic) or TV industry background
- Proven experience in sales and Business Development, preferably in the digital advertising or marketing industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising trends, technologies, and platforms
- Familiarity with digital advertising tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic advertising, etc
- Data-driven decision-making and proficiency in using analytics to inform sales strategies
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
