- Handling employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
- Overseeing payroll and employee benefits administration.

Profile
A successful Head of HR should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Previous experience in a HR managerial role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
