Description

As the Head of HR Strategy, you will be responsible in:

• Analyzing organizational effectiveness and create policies in relation to business directions
• Maintain strong relationship with stakeholders, including top director level and external parties
• Drive and initiate new HR programs to ensure productive organization
• Collaborate with different functions to analyze people and culture within the organization

Profile

A successful candidate must possess:

• Over 15 years of experiences within human resources, minimum of 7 years within top management position
• Previous experiences in Natural Resources organization
• Strong track record in initiating programs and implementation of policies
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in maintaining healthy organization and strong planning skills
• Willing to visit site/ business trips
