Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven 10 years of experience in IT product management, with a focus on Retail Banking or financial services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of leading successful digital product initiatives.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in agile product management methodologies and tools.
- Experience with UX/UI design principles and practices is a plus.
