Objective:
Managing all sales development team (Sales Recruitment, Sales Training, Sales QA), strategic continues development, high-quality recruitment & Source, checking the quality of SA, monitoring sales network, and maintain & manage the development of sales network
Responsibility:
1. Deliver, maintain and develop the sales network size to have effective and efficient of Sales Network
2. Develop Strategic and long term plan for Sales Recruitment Process, to maintain the ideal source and also to have a better quality of SA's to deliver to Sales network
3. Develop, Maintain, and evaluate on Sales Network Development trough continues development plan to meet high quality and comply of Sales network
4. Develop, Maintain and evaluate training curriculum for sales network to have long term individual development for Sales Network
5. Develop, Maintain and evaluate Sales QA process for sales network improvement process
6. People Development for Sales Development team to be sure that all succession planning, talent pool from the sales development team are meet the target plan
7. Provide direction to all team members to meet target trough initiative, planning, and controlling process
8. Develop a startegic plan for Sales recruitment Process, to meet the ideal size of the sales network,
9. Managing allocation on Manpower planning to suitable need to meet budget and maximum delivery and quality
10. Coordinate internally within Sales Team on the new initiative and development program to have the same goals on the sales team
11. Coordinate with other departments on the initiative to establish clear communication and development on every new initiative that launch
12. Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to Team member to create forward thinking the culture that linked with the performance management.
13. Evaluate on Sales Network Curriculum with the test, Customer feedback, and POS Visit to achieve the high quality of Training Materials
Requirement:
1. University Degree from management/ HR/ Communication
2. 7+ years experience in adult training or a similar position
3. 3+ years experience of work in Sales/ Financial/ Banking/ Insurance Industry
Desired Experience:
1. Understanding on TNA process & Implementation
2. Excellent written & verbal business presentation and communication skill
3. Able to conduct training on Bahasa and English
4. Good knowledge on MS Office (Excell, PowerPoint, Visio (or any similar tool)
5. Demonstrated strategic, long term development plan
6. Ability to demonstrate innovation and creative approaches to business needs
Desired Personal Characteristic
