Job Description
As a Head of Learning, you will be expected to:
- Create and execute learning programs for training
Evaluate individual and organizational training development needs
Design and deliver training programs both offline and online
Assess the success of development plans and conduct training needs analysis
The Successful Applicant
To be Head of Learning, you will need:
- Strategic mindset
- Previous experience in training, development, or learning division
- 5 years experience of start-up/ similar environment
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience as a trainer is an added point
- Tech-savvy
