Head Of Operations

The Head of Operations oversees the Bank's operational activities to ensure that they are aligned with the organization's objectives and regulatory requirements. He/she plays a critical role in ensuring that the organization's operational activities are executed efficiently and effectively, which helps to optimize performance and support growth objectives. By managing operational activities and resources effectively, the Head of Operations helps to ensure that the organization delivers quality products and services to customers and stakeholders in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Major Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that operational activities are executed in a timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven manner by monitoring operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing plans to address performance gaps.
• Design, determine and evaluate reporting that meets the internal needs of banks, OJK regulations, tax offices and other government institutions.
• Managing operational budgets, resources, and capacity planning to ensure that operational activities are appropriately resourced and that resources are utilized effectively.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to operational activities.
• Collaborating with other business functions and departments to ensure that operational activities are aligned with the organization's overall objectives and priorities.
• Identifying and managing operational risks and ensuring that appropriate controls and risk mitigation strategies are in place.
• Managing the Operations teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Authorize transactions, give approval for over limits, and sign LLG and other operational documents/scripts/reports in accordance with the authority and limits they have.
• Remediate findings from internal/external auditors on findings in Operations and carry out preventive actions so that repeat findings are avoided.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years hands-on banking experience in the operations area. Experience in digital banking will be a significant plus.
• Excellent organizational and leadership qualities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
