What You Will Do:
- Lead Sales & Account Management team (for online merchant & SMB) by providing strategy, assistance on how making sure the team achieve their objective
- Key leadership role in design & delivery of Sales strategy for achieving team target KPI
- Together with business leaders developing and implementing commercial strategies in line with company goals and objectives, with the aim to accelerate growth
- Managing existing client relationships - understanding their requirements, ensuring their needs are met
- Collaborating with diverse teams (e.g. marketing, ops, technology, commercial) on how to solve clients issue & communicating any findings in the market
- Negotiating commercial terms with customers & making recommendations to business leaders if there is any feedback from customer/findings in market
- Establishing and maintaining long-term, profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
What This Role Needs:
- At least 7 years of working experience in the related field as head of Sales & Account Management team
- Understand the market of online retailers & internal marketers (market place & non-market place/social commerce)
- Experienced in managing a huge team size with diverse background
- Good track record in Sales & Account Management role leadership in logistic landscape (Fulfillment & Shipping)
- Agile and willing to adapt to rapidly changing situations/environments
- Strong Problem Solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple complex and matrixed sales engagements whilst always positioning the products at the center of the engagement
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Excellent communication skills - presentation, negotiations, closing deals
- Self starter, impact driven and out of the box thinker with the ability to make team motivated
