As Operational Manager you are responsible to:
- Work closely with the Director to ensure all operations are carried on in appropriate, cost effective way.
- Improve Operational management systems, processes and best pratices.
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
- Help the company's processes remain legally compliant.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- Examine Financial data and use them to improve profitability.
- Manage budget and forecasts.
- Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs.
- Train and supervise staffs.
- Find ways to increase quality of the customer services.
Requirements:
- Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role (Hospitality Industry, prefer for Hotel management).
- Strong skills in budget development and oversight.
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer services.
- Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes.
- Knowledge of business productivity and an aptitude for learning new knowledge.
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in operations management, hospitality or related fields.
- Multiple years of financial report and account reporting experiences.
- Fluent in English spoken and written.
- Willing to relocate to Bali, prefer those who lives in Bali.
