Responsibilities of the Stewarding Supervisor will include supervising the cleaning of any area of the food and beverage function within the hotel. Additional responsibilities might include scheduling, payroll, and training.

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced envrironment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull a moderate amount of weight.
• Must be Food Handler certified.
• Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of food and beverage supervisory experience.
