Stewarding Supervisor

As the Stewarding Supervisor, you will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Stewarding Department.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supervising the cleaning of any area of the food and beverage function within the hotel
• Training new stewards/implementing new training to existing team
• Assisting in other projects deemed appropriate by the Executive Steward

• Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of food and beverage supervisory experience (hotel experience a plus)
• Prior stewarding experience strongly preferred
• Open availability to include weekends, holidays and evenings as business levels require
