Position Objective/Expectation- Support HR Manager and focused on Industrial RelationJob Responsibilities
- Manage any activities of Human Resources
- Responsible for any legal issues and matters related to shareholder.
- Responsible for company regulations/Collective Labor Agreement.
- Manage and subordinates
- Improve facilities, benefits and employee welfare.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience ・Bachelor Degree in Law ・Have at least 7 years experience as HR, including 5 years experience as HR Asst.
Manager・Business Level in English・Has experienced in Recruitment, Training, Organization Development, Industrial Relations, PKB (Collective Labor Agreement/Perjanjian Kerja Bersama)・Has experienced in budgeting management.
・Has deep knowledge of labor law and regulation, also about IR Management (SKKNI - Kepmen 307/2014)・Computer literacy・Excellent problem solver, good problem analyzer, good management skills, great leadership ability and excellent communicator
