Uraian Tugas
- Supervise and implement HR plans for recruitment, trainings & development, career progression, employee motivation, compensation, etc.
- Monitors rules and regulations of the company (Handbook) were applied effectively.
- Handles administrative cases of employees to include investigation, suspension and termination.
- Drafts memorandum, agreements, policies, and other HR forms.
- Attends labor cases, and conducts employee counselling if needed
- Monitors department’s staff performances such as counselling, coaching, trainings and discipline.
- Supervise and assures an on time timekeeping system to include HR forms were submitted within the said cut off time.
- Supervise all HR related reports to be submitted weekly to HR group.
Meminta
- Bachelor's Degree in any field in Psychology/Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum number of related experience: 5 years
- Experience in all facets of HR including Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, timekeeping, HRIS, Employee Engagement, Labor Relations
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership skills
- Organized and systematic. Has excellent time management skills
- Flexible, analytical and a team player
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work unsupervised
