They are now focusing on expanding their business in Indonesia to help clients solve their issues in the ever-changing world of human capital management.
We are currently looking for a Human Capital Management expert who will be a part of a strong team of talented individuals that typically have experience in working on strategic projects, and business process improvement to deliver key projects to the clients.
In this position, you will be expected to advise and liaise with senior stakeholdersontheclient side, as well as work with other business units to deliver projects.
The ideal candidate should have experience in human capital management as listed and be passionate about working on end-to-end projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversees, implements, and maintains human capital management procedures, guidelines, and best practices
- Coordinate and deliver multiple people management projects
- Collect, analyze, identify issues, and initiate solutions related to human resources management
- Collaborate and advocate cross-functionally on human resources transformation
Qualifications
Academic Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Functional Competency: Strong knowledge of human capital management-related activities particularly in fast-changing surroundings
Experience: The chosen candidate will have direct experience in human resources consulting, having experience in project management, business process, or having work experience in management consultancy related to human capital management is desirable. Able to communicate easily with Indonesian and foreign stakeholders.
