Job Description:
- Develop and implement human resource planning strategies that meet the organization's needs.
- Create and manage employee development programs to enhance skills and abilities.
- Manage the entire employee life cycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and termination.
- Handle employee conflicts and resolve them effectively.
- Create, implement, and monitor HR policies that are in accordance with applicable laws and standards.
- Provide staff with guidance and policy interpretation.
- Guide and provide support to managers in the performance management process, including goal setting and regular feedback.
- Identify areas for individual and group performance improvement.
- Provide advice and consultation to management on industrial relations issues.
- Manage compensation and benefits systems to maintain the organization's competitiveness in the labour market.
- Examining the salary structure and employee benefits.
- Comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct internal investigations and address employee complaints.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Management/ Human Resources or equivalent from a reputable university
- Maximum 45 years old
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the related field is required for this position
- Having the ability to plan, implement and oversee the company's operational policies related to the HR field
- Having the ability to plan and make strategic decisions aligning with company goals
- Strong leadership with good communication skills
- Fluent in English
