The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Responsible to do end to end recruitment process (Job Advertisement preparation, CV Screening, Interview, job offering process, etc)
- Handling employee internal/external training & onboarding training
- Manage HR Correspondences, HR Service & HR Administration (onboarding, offboarding, probation/contract notification, employee attendance, employee database,etc)
- Support monthly payroll administration, BPJS Health & BPJS Employment administration
- Overseeing daily office management & operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
- Providing administrative support for the General Affairs department
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of office-related transactions and activities
- Work closely with HR&GA Team
The Profile
- Having minimum 1 year experience in similar position
- Bachelor’s degree in Economic/Psychology/HR Management/related field
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Proficient in English (Verbal & written) is a must to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Excellent in communication, high integrity, aware and commit to tasks, willingness to learn and have growth mindset.
