PersyaratanManage and perform the compensation and benefits function (include employee retention, pension plan)
Manage and perform the function of industrial relations (include creating a loophole-proof HR documents that prevent the companies from being sued or having legal problem, administer employee gathering)
Manage and perform the employee services function (employee on boarding - off boarding, employee assistance, administer annual leave, etc) Tanggung Jawab
Minimum 5 years experinces in handling industrial relation related issues
Solid knowledge of Indonesia labor laws, rules & regulations, solicitor, and contract drafting
Familiar with HR systems, legal documents and government policies
Strong interpersonal, conflict management, communication and collaboration skills
