- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in compensation and benefits roles is typically required.
- Develop and manage competitive salary structures.
- Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Conduct market research to ensure the company's compensation remains competitive.
- Implement and communicate compensation and benefits policies.
- Monitor and manage the compensation budget effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for salary surveys and market research.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex benefit information clearly and cooperation skills.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Assertive, energetic, agile and thorough.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
- Enthusiastic, responsible, high self-efficacy and positive working attitude.
- Have good attitude Leaderships and ready work in shift schedule (for Shifting Schedule).
- Able to work long hours/weekend/holidays when required and under pressure.
- Willing to be placement in Tarakan, North Kalimantan (no roster system).
