The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees within the organization. This role involves collaborating with HR teams to identify training needs, developing engaging learning materials, and monitoring the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs using various methodologies, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training materials.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring accessibility to all employees.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs.
- Provide support and guidance to employees seeking professional development opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to organizational needs.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Certification in Training and Development is preferred.
