This role involves collaborating with HR teams to identify training needs, developing engaging learning materials, and monitoring the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs using various methodologies, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training materials.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring accessibility to all employees.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs.
- Provide support and guidance to employees seeking professional development opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- roven experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to organizational needs.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Certification in Training and Development is preferred.
- Adaptability ability to adjust training strategies based on evolving organizational needs.
- Analytical Skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Clear communication and effective communication to convey complex concepts.
