Uraian Tugas

Your primary role will involve coordinating transportation services to meet the commuting needs of employees. Key responsibilities include:

Employee Commute Coordination: 

  • Organize and schedule transportation services for employees, ensuring timely and efficient commuting.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand employee transportation requirements.
  • Plan and optimize routes for employee transportation to minimize travel time and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local transportation regulations and safety standards.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with transportation service providers to secure reliable services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to meet the specific needs of employee transportation.
  • Communicate transportation schedules, changes, and relevant information to employees in a clear and timely manner.
  • Address employee inquiries or concerns related to transportation services.

Cost Control:

  • Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality.
  • Implement strategies to optimize the allocation of resources.

Quality and Maintainance:

  • Implement measures to ensure the quality and reliability of transportation services.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to address any issues or improvements needed. 
  • Communicate and prepare the documents to vendor for car services and contract, etc

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

2. Previous experience in transportation coordination, employee commute services, or a similar role.

3. Knowledge of local transportation regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various transportation needs concurrently.

5. Excellent communication skills for liaising with employees, transportation vendors, and relevant stakeholders.

6. Negotiation skills for vendor contracts and service agreements.

7. Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant technology.

8. Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to address unforeseen transportation challenges.

Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to providing reliable and efficient transportation solutions for employees while maintaining a focus on cost-effectiveness and compliance.
