Job Responsibilities:
Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HRBP team.Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems via execution of the following and other HR related tasks:
Implementing and revising a company's compensation programCreating and revising job descriptionsConducting annual salary and employee surveysAnalyzing Turnover and headcount trends, including proposing HR strategiesDeveloping Talent Management and Talent Development StrategiesDeveloping, analyzing, and updating the company's salary budgetDeveloping, analyzing and updating the company's evaluation programDeveloping, revising, and recommending personnel policies and proceduresMaintaining and revising the company's handbook on policies and proceduresPerforming benefits administrationMaintaining affirmative action programsTalent acquisition sourcing efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job adsConducting employee relations counsellingOverseeing exit interviewsMaintaining department records and reportsParticipating in administrative staff meetingsMaintaining company directory and other organizational chartsRecommending new policies, approaches, and proceduresAny other responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.
