Job Description:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support these objectives
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development
- Partner with the talent acquisition team to attract, select, and onboard top talent, ensuring alignment with business needs and cultural fit
- Lead and facilitate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale and productivity
- Manage and resolve employee relation issues in a fair and consistent manner, adhering to company policies and applicable laws and regulations
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive solutions to address them
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees and managers
- Collaborate with cross-functional team on HR projects and initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Mandarin & English
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resource, with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP role
- Experience working in the technology or telecommunication industry is preferred
- Proven ability to build strong relationship and collaborate effectively wit business leaders and stakeholders at all level of the organization
- Strong knowledge of HR best practice, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive chance and manage complex HR projects
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs
