Responsibilities :
- Maintaining manpower planning
- Preparing recruitment.
- Sourcing and selecting the candidates from online recruitment system
- Inviting the candidates to attend the recruitment process
- Preparing medical checkup for selected candidate
- Administering new employee registration
- Collect Training Schedule, and check the progress, and record
- Update and record maping skill of operator.
- Analysis and idea to increase employee attendance
- Education compliance (work ethics- company culture) to employee.
- Handle and record Disciplinary Actions.
- Maintenance employee relationship
- Prepare employee benefit- such as catering ( meals) etc
- Coordination car facility, support purchasing team.
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree from any major. (Accounting- management-Psychology major are
- welcome)
- Minimum 1 year experience as HR staff
- Learn and Service orientation
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- English min pasive
- Good computer skill min excel and powerpoint
- Accurate and concern with detail
