What will you do:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees including handling inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Handling incoming calls and delivering them to the relevant department or individual.
- Delivering excellent customer service to visitors and clients.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Performing basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Managing appointments and conference room bookings.
- Assisting with mail and package handling.
- Handling and distributing incoming mail and packages.
- Preparing outgoing mail and packages for shipment as well as maintaining records of incoming and outgoing mail.
What you need to have:
- High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Willing to work from the office from Monday - Friday
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in using office software and phone systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
