Human Resource Specialist in A Music Management Company
Fett Music is seeking a Human Resource Specialist to lead and oversee all HR processes within the company, playing a key role in shaping and managing the HR division.
Job Details:
Location: Bali (hybrid)
Employment Type: Starting as freelance / transitioning into permanent employment
Working Hours: Full-Time (40h per week)
Responsibilities:
The scope of work will contain but won't be limited to the following tasks:
- Handling the recruitment processes (we plan to hire 3-4 more people this year)
- Supervising timekeeping, personal leave, pay and benefits for all employees
- Assisting in defining KPIs, their implementation and tracking
- Scheduling regular feedback talks with employees
- Establishing further HR processes in the company such as a job matrix, career paths, training programs, company policies and team activities
- Preparing reports for the founders
- In addition to fulfilling HR responsibilities: Providing support to colleagues across different departments by assisting them with various tasks as required
Due to Fett Music being a small & fast-growing company, there will be diverse possibilities for professional growth within the company.
Your Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as an HR administrator/specialist/manager in a notable company.
- Currently based in Bali or open to relocation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Addressing & solving problems comes easily to you.
- You have a soft but determined communication style, prioritizing employee needs and company interests.
- You have a keen perception and an eye for detail. You are very reliable and discreet, like data and processes to be neat and tidy, and can keep track of things.
- You are very self-motivated, open-minded, very communicative & international-thinking, and want to grow with us.
- You have exemplary time-management, organization, and interpersonal skills: You need to be able to prioritize tasks and work efficiently and complete all tasks thoroughly. Working alongside other team members, you need to be empathetic and polite.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- German language skills are an advantage.
