About The Company:

• The working venue is in Cikarang.
• Our client is a Japanese Manufacture company. Currently, they are looking for Implementation Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implementation division management.
• Drives all aspects of product introduction activity, influencing and leading work progression out of a cross functional matrix organization.
• Provides a standard approach to global manufacturing capability assessment - value stream mapping analysis.
• Works with manufacturing engineering and project managers on scope, cost estimates, schedule, and other implementation details.
• Audit support.
• Report to Factory Manager.
• Other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor's degree.
• 10 years of working experience in implementation management position for Japanese Medical related manufacture.
• More than high conversational level English.
