Import Supervisor

Job Description 

• Responsible for all export and import activities in accordance with applicable government regulations and SOPs and Understand export and import procedures and regulations.
• Arrange shipping schedules with forwarders and send shipping instructions to the Factory 
• Create VR, VO and other documents for the Inspection process until getting the Surveyor's Report and goods insurance
• Prepare custom clearance documents such as SKDO, LOI, power of attorney and others
• Process PIB, billing payments, SPPB and monitor the process of releasing goods to their destination.
• Create costing of shipping costs both by sea and air
• Conduct certification processes such as SNI, SKEM, PI and others
• Reporting Import-Export activities to relevant agencies such as the Ministry of Trade, Inatrade, BKPM and INSW.

Job Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field related
• At least having 5 years of working experience in the related field
• Having experience in EXIM, Forwarding, Custom Clearance & Import Documents is an advantage
• Able to operate Ms. Office: exel, power poit, outlook, etc.
• Able to communicate in English (written and verbal)
• Working with honestly, discipline and high responsible for job task
