Job Description
- Performing all procurement processes; sourcing, negotiating, supplier selecting, issuing purchase orders and reporting relating to the Indirect Procurement such as spare parts, plant/facility supplies, and others capital expenses
- Working closely with other departments to consolidate all requirements for the sourcing plan and bidding process
- Responsible in the integrity of suppliers and ensuring all purchases are cost-effective and based on the most beneficial terms of payment
- Ensuring all processes of supplies comply with the company's code of conduct, the purchasing policy, and other related policies and procedures
- Monitoring and reviewing progress regularly to generate procurement reports
