Job Description
Performing all procurement processes; sourcing, negotiating, supplier selecting, issuing purchase orders and reporting relating to the Indirect Procurement such as spare parts, plant/facility supplies, and others capital expensesWorking closely with other departments to consolidate all requirements for the sourcing plan and bidding processResponsible in the integrity of suppliers and ensuring all purchases are cost-effective and based on the most beneficial terms of paymentEnsuring all processes of supplies comply with the company's code of conduct, the purchasing policy, and other related policies and proceduresMonitoring and reviewing progress regularly to generate procurement reports The Successful Applicant Bachelor's Degree in business management, supply chain, engineering, finance or related fieldsOver 7 years of experience in procurement management, with 2 years in leadership roleExperience in ERP and data analytic processing is an advantageStrategic thinking and problem-solving skillsGood command of spoken and written English What's on Offer Competitive SalaryAll-inclusive work environment with high level of work recognitionImpactful Role
