Industrial Quality Engineer (Karawang)

As a Industrial Quality Engineeryou’ll be responsible for manage Industrial Quality for Manufacturing.

What you’ll do

• Quality Inspection and control: Implement pro-active quality inspection and control process for overall manufacturing activities (incoming components, in process and final products) with sufficient documentation.
• Quality analysis and reporting: Continuously monitor quality performance level against standards and provide business required quality report. This include generating NCR (Non-conformance)  and cases analysis report related to quality issues.
• Implementing Quality Standards : Implement Signify Quality standards  and support to maintain management system certifications i.e.. ISO 9001 & 14001 and seek opportunity to implement other QMS standards (eg ISO 45000&50001).
• Quality Improvement: Initiate, analyze and drive quality improvement initiatives in manufacturing operation which will improve customer satisfaction and reducing Cost of non-quality.
• Quality training: Provide training related to quality standards and tools
• Communicate & collaborate: communicate proactively and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure all end-to-end quality standards and initiatives are well implemented and desired objectives.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor degree in technical/engineering.
• >3 years' experience in quality management or manufacturing. Experience in Lighting company would be advantage.
• Have strong knowledge and practical experience in using on Industrial Quality control tools such as PPAP, 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA.
• Having good in analytical skills
• Experience in basic statistical measurement and analysis.
• Knowledgeable on quality management system and ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001 & 45000, ISO 50001).
• Have quality and customer centric mindset
• Certification Lean/Six Sigma/ISO internal audit will be a plus.
• Able to work in our factory in Karawang
