AdvanGram plans to hire a Technical Support Engineer. Please note the following related to this opening:
Responsibilities:
- Provide Technical Support and assistance to customers, partners, end-users, and internal stakeholders on software products, services, and applications.
- Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely resolution or escalation of problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document and track customer support issues and resolutions using ticketing systems or customer relationship management tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and sales, to address customer issues and enhance product functionality.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and documentation to customers and end-users on software installation, configuration, and usage.
- Analyze customer feedback and product usage data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product improvement and enhancement.
- Stay updated on product updates, releases, and new features, and communicate relevant information to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to verify software functionality, compatibility, and compliance with specifications.
- Conduct manual and automated testing of software applications, including functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing.
- Identify and report software defects, bugs, and usability issues, and collaborate with development teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Perform root cause analysis of defects .
- Monitor and track quality metrics, such as defect density, test coverage, and release readiness, to assess the effectiveness of Quality Assurance processes.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and requirement reviews to provide input on quality and testability considerations.
Requirements (Bold Highlighted Requirements are a Must).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
- Prior experience in Quality Assurance testing, software testing, or Technical Support roles.
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing techniques, tools, and methodologies.
- Familiarity with MS SQL database, programming languages, scripting languages, and development frameworks
- Excellent Communication Skills in English & Bahasa
- Ability to work in night shifts i.e. 11 AM to 8 PM. This is a Work from Home position.
