JOB PURPOSE:
Plan, explore, and drive the activities of a B2B and institutions sales within Indonesia geography to achieve sales target
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Drive sales performance through implementation of sales initiatives, achieve annual target
- Actively approach targeted business clients. Maintain and build relationship with existing and potential clients
- Provide products knowledge and support to ensure operational excellence to clients.
- Negotiate and become a key player in administering contractual agreements with clients
- Monitor performance trends and determine appropriate actions to address any issues to optimize the business
- Manage allocation of resources and budget within the assigned area
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimal 2 years as Institution Sales Manager (Mandatory)
- Knowledge and Skills: Customer Management, Business Management, Leadership, Interpersonal skills
- Language (English passive)
