This is new company just has set up. The candidate will be the first or second local employee working with Japanese Director and some other Japanese staff. The company will manufacture household products and distribute them into Indonesian market. The employee is able to have an opportunity to contribute people's healthy life with working in this company. Since start-up comany and interpreter task, working from home is not option.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor Degrees
- Business level of Japanese and English
- Back Office experience of Admin and Accounting assisntant experience for 1 year at least
- Working in Trading company or Manufacturing company
- Working experience related to Regulatory affairs task
- Working experience in Japanese company is preferable
Tasks & responsibilities
- Inputting and Documentation tasks and translations & interpretation tasks
- Visit Vendor or client or any other stakeholder with Japanese expats to support interpretation
- Expats management like coordinating with vendor for VISA Work permit and Booking travel related to business trip purpose and care arrangement
- Coordinate with external vendors related to Regulatory affairs tasks
- Preparing the required document by coordinating internal team
- Reporting & horenso tasks
- Other duties as assigned
