Job Description :
- Serve as a liaison between the business team and the technology development team to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
- Manage business needs using the JIRA platform, including creating and tracking tickets, setting priorities, and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Identify problems and opportunities in business processes and offer technology-based solutions that can increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure proper understanding of business needs and ensure that the resulting solution meets expectations and requirements.
- Participate in team meetings, project reviews, and Agile retrospectives to ensure projects are on schedule and identify areas for improvement.
Requirement
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience as an IT Business Analyst in the information technology industry.
- Proficient in using JIRA to manage business requirements, identify issues, and track project progress.
- Have strong knowledge in business requirements analysis and the ability to translate these requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Have good communication skills to interact with technical teams, management and business stakeholders.
- Have a good understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
