- Experience 1 year on Help Desk and IT troubleshoot.
- Language Criteria Speak Read Write English Mandatory
- Advance level IT troubleshooting: PC (laptop & desktop),printer, mobile phone software.
- Basic level IT troubleshooting: network devices, server devices
- Experience on Asset Management Services for IT equipment (PC, PC options) usage.
- Good understanding in physical security and cyber-security.
- Good understanding in reporting suspicious behavior and situation
- Good understanding in confidentiality information principle.
- Good understanding of administrator right usage & authority.
- Medium knowledge preventing unauthorized physical access,damage & intrusion (include USB ban).
- Attention to details.
