Area of Responsibility:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries by providing product engineering support for Microsoft 365
- Knowing the products inside and out to accurately assist customers
- Participate in project / support team in the field of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, O365 and Azure Services technologies
- Problem analysis, troubleshooting and 1st level support in the event of malfunctions in direct contact with users, partners and manufacturers in the hardware and software area
- Interface between customer support and ITVT support
- Assisting in pre-sales activities, including scoping, estimating, and presenting M365 solutions to clients.
Participating in the development of documentation, including technical designs, implementation guides, and user manuals. - Implement security best practices and compliance policies within Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance. Monitor for security threats and vulnerabilities, and take appropriate remedial actions.
- Staying updated on the latest Microsoft 365 technologies and best practices.
