Job Descriptions:
- Managing IT Equipment, hardware and all peripheral, such as desktop computer, laptop, modem, printer, photocopy, telephone ect
- Repairs and maintenance with initial installation of Server and Computer, Laptop or Notebook, and any equipment between printers, monitors, UPS, Fingerprint Hardware, and all tools related to be needed
- Providing technical support across the Company (this may be in person or over the phone/remotely)
- Troubleshooting network and system problems, and performance tuning
- Backup and Restore Management and Recovery Operations
- Support the operation of IT systems, including software and hardware installations, assists users in using applications and software to facilitate the operation, as well as troubleshoot both internal and external applications to support company activities
- Escalate and coordinate network support incidents or requests
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma, maximum S1 degree (Information of Technology or other related Major)
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Basic networking skill: routing, TCP/IP
- Computer skill: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Familiar with Mikrotik Router
- Good communication & Interpersonal Skill
- Good knowledge on PC desktop application (Windows, Ms. Office, Internet and Email)
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Hard worker and have a strong responsibility
- Dynamic, confident, self-starter with strong team player spirit, initiative and results-oriented
- In depth knowledge LAN, WIFI, hardware & software troubleshooting, Licensing & troubleshooting OS (windows & MAC), CCTV
- Familiar with Documentation (Record Assets, Support Ticketing and Reporting)
