It Support

• Provide IT assistance to staff and customers (installation and troubleshooting).
• Train end users on hardware and software program functionality.
• Monitor and Maintenance IT Asset hardware, software and system performance metrics.
• Perform network installation, maintenance and monitoring network, Security and Antivirus performance.
• Ensure all IT Asset is set based on Company Policy and have Security Aspects.
• Maintain database for Reporting Process and Ensure security aspects.
• Ensure documentation processes, log Incidents/Problems, and initiate rapid escalation.
• Support Audit activities (internal, external and regulatory).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from IT related major (computer science, information technology) or other relevant major from reputable universities
• At least 2 years full time professional experience supporting the following: network, server, storage, IT security or telephony
• Strong grasp of Microsoft Active Directory administration
• Ability to work flexible hours from time to time to cover for other URGENT issues which may occur.
• Having Cisco, HyperV skills will be an advantage
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft platforms or technology and other common desktop applications.
