- Provide IT assistance to staff and customers (installation and troubleshooting).
- Train end users on hardware and software program functionality.
- Monitor and Maintenance IT Asset hardware, software and system performance metrics.
- Perform network installation, maintenance and monitoring network, Security and Antivirus performance.
- Ensure all IT Asset is set based on Company Policy and have Security Aspects.
- Maintain database for Reporting Process and Ensure security aspects.
- Ensure documentation processes, log Incidents/Problems, and initiate rapid escalation.
- Support Audit activities (internal, external and regulatory).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from IT related major (computer science, information technology) or other relevant major from reputable universities
- At least 2 years full time professional experience supporting the following: network, server, storage, IT security or telephony
- Strong grasp of Microsoft Active Directory administration
- Ability to work flexible hours from time to time to cover for other URGENT issues which may occur.
- Having Cisco, HyperV skills will be an advantage
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft platforms or technology and other common desktop applications.
