RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leading the team and ensure them to live within AMAN ambition, purpose, pillar & values
2. Analyze team education need, deliver training, and develop future potential leader; create successors for each position
3. Executes food handling and cleaning procedures in accordance with HACCP standards. Follows all HACCP procedures as set by the company.
4. Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards HACCP.
5. Assists the Executive Chef with the development and maintenance of a detailed Department Operations Manual that reflects policies & procedures, work processes and standards of performance within the Division. Ensures annual review to accurately reflect any changes.
6. Assists with the preparation and regular update of the Food and Beverage Departmental Budget, in close cooperation with the Executive Chef ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.
7. Manage food costs and kitchen operational costs
8. Commitment within the AMAN Kriya efforts (Sustainability)

QUALIFICATIONS
International experiences for 2 years in a similar position either in a 5* hotel or in high standards Restaurants
Profound with Italian menu skills
Creative and outgoing personality with excellent communication and leadership skills
