• Create menu creations with QSR and Grab'n'Go concepts• Train, develop, and manage kitchen staff and cook team• Ensure food quality is guaranteed• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area• Calculate COGS/costing HPP for developed menus• Experienced in Western or Japanese cuisine, minimum 3 years• Understand QSR concept• Master food ingredients and cooking techniques• Familiar with food and work environment safety and hygiene protocols• Possess good communication skills, high self-motivation, and leadership qualities
