Job Description :
- Develop marketing communication plan 360-degree plan, both online and offline marketing strategy.
- Analytic and optimize all Social Media accounts performance
- Manage Social Media accounts (IG, FB and TikTok) by planning and implementing programs on Social Media to promote brands, products, events, and campaigns
- Involved in creating ideas for Marketing Campaigns
- Develop a Content Plan for Social Media that is appropriate and consistent with brand identity
- Create content that has value and is consistent across all Social Media platforms (Tiktok & Instagram)
- Understand and be able to provide Social Media marketing strategies
- Always updated with developments in Social Media trends
- Handling the end-to-end process of the influencer marketing strategist, starts from approaching suitable KOL, creating & present the brief, and reviewing their performance
- Create a simple design for Social Media and marketplace
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape
Qualification :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree any major.
- Having a passion and interest in beauty products and SNS Content
- Have experience working in startup companies which are started from zero until the company grew rapidly
- At least 4 years of working experience and exposure in retail and beauty industry
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal skills, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to think outside the box (creative & innovative problem solving)
- Understand digital marketing, SEO, Facebook Ads, and Social Media platforms
- Excellent knowledge about beauty trend, cosmetics and skin care
- Able to use design software (Photoshop, Coreldraw, Adobe Illustrator ETC).
