Uraian Tugas

Responsibilities :

1. Lead Identification :

  • Research and identify potential leads through market analysis, industry trends, and other relevant sources.
  • Utilize various tools, databases, and platforms to identify and qualify potential clients.

2. Outreach and Communication :

  • Initiate contact with potential leads through emails, cold calls, and other communication methods.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products / services to prospects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

3. Qualification and Analysis :

  • Conduct thorough research on leads to understand their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure alignment with the company's target audience.

4. Data Management :

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
  • Regularly analyze and report on Lead Generation activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

5. Collaboration :

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align Lead Generation efforts with overall business goals.
  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

6. Continuous Learning :

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of the products / services offered to effectively communicate their value.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in business, management, and / or have at lear 1 year experience as Business Development Specialist / Sales Executive
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and industry trends.
