Responsibilities :
1. Lead Identification :
- Research and identify potential leads through market analysis, industry trends, and other relevant sources.
- Utilize various tools, databases, and platforms to identify and qualify potential clients.
2. Outreach and Communication :
- Initiate contact with potential leads through emails, cold calls, and other communication methods.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products / services to prospects.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
3. Qualification and Analysis :
- Conduct thorough research on leads to understand their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure alignment with the company's target audience.
4. Data Management :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
- Regularly analyze and report on Lead Generation activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
5. Collaboration :
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align Lead Generation efforts with overall business goals.
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
6. Continuous Learning :
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of the products / services offered to effectively communicate their value.
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in business, management, and / or have at lear 1 year experience as Business Development Specialist / Sales Executive
- Proven experience in Lead Generation or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and industry trends.
