Learning & Development Intern

Responsibilities:

• Support the Learning & Development Team with various Learning Activities (mandatory training & non-mandatory training).
• Involves and facilitates learning activities (such as becoming the training moderator and creating a Learning and Development program).
• Develops and maintains organization to ensure employees know of learning and development events and resources.
• Improve Learning and Development worksheet.
• Initiate new ideas on People Development programs.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be at least a 7th-semester student from a reputable university in any major (Fresh-graduates are welcome to apply).
• Required skill(s): Critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, planning & organizing, and data savvy.
• Fluent in English, both written and oral.
• Highly proactive and possess attention to detail.
• Willing to work for 3-6 months.

How did it all start?

Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank) in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform, Tunaiku.
