Qualification :
- Age 23-30 years old
- Minimum 3 years experience as Administration Staff in Leasing Company/Property Management Company/Developer Company
- Bachelors degree in Economic / Administration
- Have strong of Ms. Office (Word, Power point, Excel)
- Can speak English verbally & writing
- Have a strong sense of teamwork
- High communication & coordination skill
- Can work under pressure with careful attention
- Ability to multytask

- Process payment and receive
- Invoice & Tax invoice Process
- Filling document
- Explanation & get approval from Management
- Supporting document from teams
- Process PO
- Monitoring operational Expense
- Make report monthly
- Handling refund process
- Collaborating with other division as required
