Job Descriptions
Services Activities:
• Ensure and provide quality service related to teaching & learning process for lecturers, students and other stakeholders
• Communicate courteously with lecturers, students and other stakeholders (by telephone, email, letter and walk-in)
• Ensure services compliance in Lecturing & Examination activities based on procedures and all regulations
Facility Affair Operations:
• Prepare classroom and other supporting facility for teaching and learning activities
• Arrange the lecturer’s locker and ensure the usage security.
• Prepare and provide teaching equipment for further usage
• Record and compile booking transaction of classroom and report it to related units before usage
• Handle and follow up lecturer complaint related with lecturing facility, and report it to related units
• Prepare examination files before examination
• Receive the examination document from copy center
• Prepare facilities and other required attributes for examination (i.e., printing serial number of examination seat, ensure the class is in examination arrangement)
• Ensure on time examination files distribution to lecturer
• Provide information to support staff related to Lecturing & Examination Services (Facility Affairs) activities
• Keep track of support staff operation activity process
Management Support Activities:
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement:
•Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or University Student (6th Semester)
Work Exposure/ Experience:
•No working experience
