• Working Days: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day 

Job Description:

• Conducting research on laws and regulations, acquiring corporate business licenses and permits, handling various legal tasks including the incorporation process and immigration procedures for foreign companies. In addition, providing guidance on corporate internal legal documents, AKTA, general meetings, and contract negotiations.

Job Requirement/Preference:

• Bachelor´s Degree of Public Affairs, Law and Legal
• At least 2 to a maximum of 5 years of work experience in a law firm or related legal field 
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills, and experience in Notary work is preferred 
• Language: English(Fluent) Korean(Basic)
