Legal Corporate – Contract Specialist

Job Description:

• Contract Management: - Manage and review contracts with clients, partners, and suppliers, ensuring compliance and enforceability. - Assist in negotiating complex financial
• Reviewing customer contract terms and conditions to balance risk appetite with commercial objectives
• Drafting and reviewing terms for standard forms like NDAs, MOUs, partnership agreements, and so on
• Managing or helping to manage subcontractor and vendor relationships

Responsibility & Task:

• Draft a wide variety of legal agreements.
• Provide legal support to all departmental projects and job functions.
• Ensure the development of service-level agreements for service support and delivery.
• Provide all such other administrative and other secretarial duties as directed by the Board of Directors
• Assist in the development of guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Drafting, Analyze and review Contract, legal agreements, legislation, and documents for the Board.
• Ensure (internal & external) compliance with laid down guidelines, policies, and procedures; investigate issues of non-compliance as may be required.
• Review on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and internal policies and ensure that they comply with all statutory or legal requirements.
• Any other duties as may be assigned

Required Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Expert in Microsoft Office applications especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law; high commitment and enthusiasm in the delivery of the organization's objectives.
• Good understanding of general and specific company law. 
• Ability to work Independently to ensure smooth operation in terms of Contract and legal documents management.
• Good research skills.

Ubadari UCC Project (Petrosea – Titian Servis Indonesia)
Project UCC comprising Ubadari gas field development, enhanced gas recovery through carbon capture, utilization and storage (EGR/CCUS), and onshore compression.  Together with TSI, SPS aims at PMT operation in constructing additional infrastructure required at site like camps, Labour, Fire water system, Water supply, IT and telecommunication infrastructure, etc.

PT SPS ‘s Office is currently located in Ciganjur , Jagakarsa , Jakarta Selatan, DKI  Jakarta , Indonesia . in the near future , SPS is currently planning to move to CIBIS office park located in CIlandak, Jakarta Selatan.
